A standout star of the 2011 shows (especially Elie Tahari’s golden tennis skirt), these accordion-stitched skirts sashayed onto the spring style stage and straight into our fashion-applauding hearts.
We can’t stall till spring – we’re pulling on our thickest wool tights and sturdiest booties, and taking these swinging skirts off stage and out onto the streets.
